The invention further discloses a self-adaptive vehicle speed control system, the method and the system can be used for generating a control instruction for vehicle aided driving and individually configuring the vehicle aided driving system by analyzing the individual behavior data of the driver and extracting the individual behavior data of the driver, so that the method and the system can adapt to the traffic environment which changes instantaneously; and the driving safety of the vehicle is further improved.
