The guide cone and the guide channel are both arranged on the side supporting plate on the front side of the supporting assembly and are arranged opposite to the guide channel and the guide cone of the car coupler on the opposite side. 本发明涉及一种车钩浮动连接装置,包括:支架、轴承组件、支撑组件、导向锥和导向通道。其中,支架固定于机械车钩,轴承组件包括固定座和转动件;电钩、风管和转动件之间通过支撑组件连接,能够以转动件为支点,进行上下、左右等方向的浮动,也能以转动件通孔为通道,进行前后方向的运动补偿;导向锥和导向通道均设于支撑组件前侧的侧支撑板上,分别与对侧车钩的导向通道和导向锥相对设置。本发明扩大了电钩和风管在各方向的浮动范围,解决的机车车钩和货车车钩在两车钩高度差较大的工况下电路、风路自动连接困难的问题,同时避免了连挂后因两车钩相对跳动、连挂间隙不断变化导致的电气、风路连接不稳定的情况。
