The invention belongs to the technical field of ship design, and particularly relates to a stabilization heaving plate device of a floating power generation platform. Comprising a heaving plate truss structure which is arranged at a distance from a stern and/or a distance from a bow and is positioned on a left board and a right board. And the heaving plate truss structure is arranged at a distance of 1/4 of the ship length from the stern or the bow. The heaving plate has the beneficial effects that the heaving plate is mainly used for increasing the additional mass and damping of vertical movement of the platform, and the heaving effect on the platform body is achieved. By arranging the multiple layers of heaving plates on the two sides of the platform, the amplitude of heaving motion can be reduced, meanwhile, reverse rolling moment is generated on the platform, rolling is effectively restrained, the rolling response of the platform in waves is reduced, the seakeeping performance of the platform is improved, the situation that the amplitude of platform motion exceeds the limit value of equipment and system operation is avoided, and the operation safety of the floating power generation platform is guaranteed.

    本发明属于船舶设计技术领域,具体涉及浮式发电平台减摇垂荡板装置。包括布置于距离船尾和/或布置于距离船艏,位于左右舷的可升降的垂荡板桁架结构。所述的垂荡板桁架结构布置于距离船尾或船艏1/4船长。本发明的有益效果在于:垂荡板的主要作用是增加平台垂直运动的附加质量和阻尼,对平台主体垂荡有抑制效应。通过在平台两舷布置多层垂荡板,可以减小垂荡运动的幅值,同时对平台产生反向横摇力矩,有效抑制横摇,降低平台在波浪中的横摇响应,提高平台耐波性,避免平台运动幅值超出设备和系统运行的限定值,保障浮式发电平台运行的安全性。
