The invention discloses an LNG (liquefied natural gas) ship dome deck building method, which is characterized in that the original welding operation of a stainless steel plate and a carbon steel plate on a large-group jig frame is advanced to a plate splicing stage, so that the continuity of the operation of a large group on the large-group jig frame can be effectively ensured, and the manufacturing period of the large group on the jig frame is obviously reduced; meanwhile, on the basis that the original total welding length is kept unchanged, a T-shaped seam, a bow and stern welding seam, a longitudinal welding seam, a stainless steel plate fillet welding seam and a carbon steel butt seam which are formed between the stainless steel plate and the first carbon steel plate are sequentially welded through automatic welding, the welding operation time can be remarkably shortened, the welding efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced. Meanwhile, welding deformation and welding defects can be reduced, the welding quality is improved, and therefore the repair rate of a deck stainless steel area is reduced, and the segmented construction period and the dock carrying period are greatly shortened.

    本发明公开了一种LNG船气穹甲板建造方法,将原来在大组胎架上进行的不锈钢板与碳钢板的焊接作业,提前至拼板阶段,能够有效保证大组在大组胎架上作业的连续性,显著减少了大组在胎制作周期,同时在原有焊接总长度保持不变的基础上,利用自动焊接依次按顺序焊接不锈钢板与第一碳钢板之间形成的T字缝、艏艉焊缝、纵向焊缝、不锈钢板转圆角处焊缝和碳钢对接缝,能够显著缩短焊接作业时间,提高焊接效率,同时也能减小焊接变形和焊接缺陷,提高焊接质量,从而减少甲板不锈钢区域的返修率,大大缩短分段建造周期和船坞搭载周期。
