An air flow anti-falling mechanism is arranged on the sliding body, and an eddy current damping slow descending assembly is arranged between the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate. When the elevator breaks down and the lift car slides down rapidly, the lift car and the lifting rope are fixed together through the fact that the speed of air flow in the air flow groove is increased, the pressure on the two sides of the control panel is different and the control panel moves according to the Bernoulli principle, and then the lift car and the lifting rope are fixed together through the fact that the magnetic block moves in the copper pipe and eddy current is generated in the copper pipe. Therefore, the purpose of slowly descending the lift car is achieved.

    本发明属于提升机安全技术领域,具体公开了一种矿井提升机防坠器,包括分别固定于矿井顶壁和底壁的上固定板和下固定板,所述上固定板与下固定板之间设有竖向导轨,所述竖向导轨上设有滑动体和围挡,所述围挡设于滑动体的下壁,所述滑动体上设有空气流防坠机构,所述上固定板与下固定板之间设有涡流阻尼缓降组件。本发明利用提升机发生故障且轿厢急速下滑时,通过气流槽内的气流速度增加,根据伯努利原理,控制板两侧的压力不同,控制板移动,从而实现轿厢与吊绳固定在一起,再利用磁块在铜管内移动,铜管内产生涡电流,从而起到使轿厢缓降的目的。
