The invention discloses a leveling method, device and equipment for an aerial work platform and a storage medium. The leveling method comprises the following steps: pre-calibrating the corresponding relationship between the inclination angle values of multiple groups of aerial work platforms and the proportional value output by the proportional valve, and fitting to obtain a multi-point calibration fitting curve. And an actual inclination angle value of the aerial work platform is obtained, a leveling proportion value output by the proportional valve is obtained according to the actual inclination angle value and the multi-point calibration fitting curve, and the leveling proportion value is input to the proportional valve so that the slope function control module and the proportional valve control module can level the aerial work platform according to the leveling proportion value. Therefore, output is controlled through the preset multi-point calibration fitting curve, the set parameters are all located in the first quadrant, the output can be better controlled, and the purposes of stable output and accurate control are achieved. Besides, through the slope function control module, sudden increase or sudden decrease of an output value is avoided, impact of leveling can be reduced, and comfort and stability are improved.

    本发明公开了一种高空作业平台的调平方法、装置、设备及存储介质。调平方法包括预先标定多组高空作业平台的倾斜角度值与比例阀输出的比例值的对应关系,拟合得到多点标定拟合曲线。获取高空作业平台的实际倾斜角度值,并根据实际倾斜角度值和多点标定拟合曲线得到比例阀输出的调平比例值,并将调平比例值输入至比例阀,以使斜坡功能控制模块和比例阀控制模块根据调平比例值对高空作业平台进行调平。如此通过预先设置的多点标定拟合曲线来控制输出,其设置参数均位于第一象限,能更好的控制输出,达到输出平稳,精准控制的目的。此外,通过斜坡功能控制模块,避免了输出值的陡然增大或者陡然减少,可以减少调平的冲击,提高了舒适性和平稳性。
