    本发明公开了一种基于人工智能的有序充电桩故障诊断系统及方法,涉及充电桩故障管理技术领域,系统包括数据采集模块、状态监测模块、故障诊断模块和智能匹配模块;通过所述数据采集模块采集充电桩工作状态中的数据;通过所述状态监测模块对采集的数据进行分析处理,实时监测充电桩的运行状态;通过所述故障诊断模块监测到的异常情况判断故障类型和故障程度;通过所述智能匹配模块分析车辆的型号和距离进行新的充电桩的匹配;通过采集充电桩的数据信息并通过智能分析诊断充电桩的故障类型和故障程度,并进行紧急处理,可以减弱充电桩故障对客户充电进度的影响,并通过智能匹配和信息同步,解决了重新匹配充电桩时操作繁琐和型号不兼容的问题。
