According to the torque distribution method used between the power sources of the hybrid power system, torque distribution needs to be carried out between the power sources for a hybrid electric vehicle with multiple power sources so as to meet the torque requirement of a driver. According to the torque distribution method, an engine and a generator are regarded as a whole, the sum of engine/generator target torque is calculated according to the torque requirement of a driver, then the torque of a driving motor is calculated, and then the generator target torque is calculated according to the engine target torque. The torque of the engine, the generator and the driving motor can be dynamically distributed, so that both the generator and the driving motor can drive and generate electricity, the control strategy and the calibration freedom degree are improved, and the advantages of the hybrid power system are played to the maximum extent. And meanwhile, the method is high in adaptability to the hybrid configuration and high in expandability, when the hybrid configuration changes, the reusability of the whole vehicle software constructed through the method is high, and configuration changes can be covered only through simple expansion.

    本发明提供一种用于混合动力系统动力源之间的扭矩分配方法,对于具有多动力源的混合动力汽车,需要在动力源之间进行扭矩分配,以满足驾驶员扭矩需求。本发明的扭矩分配方法将发动机和发电机看成一体,首先根据驾驶员扭矩需求计算发动机/发电机目标扭矩之和,再计算驱动电机扭矩,然后根据发动机目标扭矩计算发电机目标扭矩。可以动态分配发动机、发电机、驱动电机扭矩,使得发电机和驱动电机均既可以驱动也可以发电,提高控制策略及标定自由度,最大程度发挥混动系统的优势。同时该方法对混动构型适应性强,可扩展性强,当混动构型发生变化时,使用该方法构建的整车软件复用性高,仅需要简单扩展即可覆盖构型变化。
