The invention discloses a vibration and buffeting flight test method for a troposphere manned airship. The method comprises the following steps: selecting airship test conditions; the airship climbs to the set field height and keeps level flight; an accelerator is adjusted till the engine keeps the maximum continuous power, the vector angle is 0 degree, the airship flies horizontally, and the set time is kept; the engine is kept in the maximum continuous power and vector angle 0-degree state, the rod is slowly pushed till the airship descending rate reaches the set value, and the set time is kept; keeping the engine in the state of maximum continuous power and vector angle of 0 degree, continuously and slowly pushing the rod, keeping the pressure of the airship air bag in a specified range, and keeping the state for set time when the airship descending rate reaches the maximum allowable value; and closing the accelerator until the airspeed of the airship is close to a cruise state, and meanwhile, changing dive by matching with the side rod to keep the airship to fly flatly. The test flight efficiency and the test flight quality of vibration and buffeting of the troposphere manned airship with the vector propulsion system are improved, and the test flight safety is guaranteed.
