The invention discloses an anti-shaking device for an elevator rope. The anti-shaking device comprises a first laser emitting mechanism, a laser receiving mechanism and a control device, the first laser emitting mechanism is formed by annularly arranging a plurality of laser generators, and the first laser emitting mechanism is fixedly arranged at the top of a lift car, so that the laser generators of the first laser emitting mechanism surround the periphery of an elevator rope within a first preset range; the laser receiving mechanism is fixedly arranged at the position, corresponding to the first laser emitting mechanism, of the top of the hoistway, so that the laser receiving mechanism can receive laser beams emitted by all the laser generators. The control device is connected with an elevator control system, and in the elevator running process, when laser beams emitted by the first laser emitting mechanism are interfered, the control device sends an instruction of running at a first speed to the elevator control system; the first speed is smaller than the rated speed of the elevator. Different shaking amplitudes of the elevator rope can be monitored in real time, and a speed reduction control strategy is adopted.
