The invention discloses a parking braking method for a four-wheel engineering vehicle with a corner module structure, which comprises the following steps: after a vehicle control MCU (Microprogrammed Control Unit) receives a parking braking command, centering direction information is respectively sent to a steering MCU in a corner module of a vehicle, and the steering MCU controls a steering motor to drive wheels to steer; the steering MCUs in one or more angle modules control the relays to be closed, so that the clutches in the angle modules are closed; each steering MCU controls a steering motor to rotate, so that four wheels of the vehicle steer by 45 degrees; when the steering motor rotates, the clutch in the angle module rotates, the brake cable connected to the clutch is wound and contracted, the brake cable pulls the brake lever, and braking is completed. The problem of long-time parking pressure relief of an existing engineering vehicle with a corner module structure and the problems of efficiency and risk of traditional manual parking are solved, and parking braking can be automatically and effectively performed on the corner module after a signal of a parking braking command is obtained.

    本发明公开了一种角模块结构的四轮工程车驻车制动方法,包括以下步骤:整车控制MCU接收到驻车制动命令后,向车辆的角模块中的转向MCU分别发送归中方向信息,转向MCU控制转向电机驱动车轮转向;一个或者多个角模块中的转向MCU控制继电器闭合,进而使得该角模块中的离合器闭合;各个转向MCU控制转向电机转动,使车辆四个车轮转向45°;当转向电机转动时,角模块中的离合器转动,使得连接在离合器上的刹车线缠绕收缩,刹车线拉动刹车杠杆,完成制动。本发明解决了现有的角模块结构工程车长时间驻车泄压问题和传统手动驻车的效率性和风险性问题,本发明在获取驻车制动命令的信号后可以自动、有效地在角模块上进行驻车制动。
