The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft repairing, and discloses an aircraft skin repairing method which comprises the following steps: performing paint stripping operation on an original aircraft skin; checking the damaged part of the skin surface of the original machine, and judging whether in-situ repair or new replacement is needed or not; when a new machine skin needs to be replaced, the rivet for fixing the original machine skin is detached through a drill gun, and then the original machine skin is separated; blanking is conducted according to an original machine skin, and then rivet holes are drilled in a blank to obtain a new skin; the new skin is fixed to the shape righting plate, the surface of the new skin is attached to the surface of the shape righting plate, and the radian of the surface of the shape righting plate is 1.2-1.7 times that of an original machine skin; and after the duration is set, the new skin is detached from the shape righting plate, then the new skin is installed on the airplane in a trial mode, and after the radian of the new skin meets the technological requirement, the new skin is installed. The problem that in the prior art, the steps are tedious when the skin is replaced is solved.
