The invention provides a battery collision damage detection method and system and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining an air pressure value and a temperature value of an air bag layer in a vehicle battery pack, and enabling the air bag layer to be arranged at the bottom of a battery of the battery pack; the temperature value is monitored in real time, and if the temperature value is within a preset temperature interval, the air pressure value is monitored in real time; if it is monitored that the air pressure value is suddenly increased and then returns to normal, it is determined that collision occurs at the bottom of the battery; if it is monitored that the air pressure value is suddenly increased and then remains unchanged, it is determined that the bottom of the battery collides and a battery bottom protection plate deforms; and if it is monitored that the air pressure value is suddenly reduced and then remains unchanged, determining that the bottom of the battery is collided and the bottom protective plate of the battery is damaged. Through the detection mode, the severity degree of collision at the bottom of the battery and whether deformation or damage of the bottom protection plate is accompanied or not are accurately judged, the collision damage condition of the battery can be detected in time, and potential threats of collision accidents to the safety of vehicles and passengers can be reduced.

    本申请提供一种电池碰撞受损的检测方法、系统及车辆,本申请通过获取车辆电池包中气囊层的气压值与温度值,所述气囊层设置于电池包的电池底部;实时监测温度值,若所述温度值在预设温度区间内,则实时监测所述气压值;若监测到所述气压值突然增大后恢复正常,则确定所述电池底部发生碰撞;若监测到所述气压值突然增大后保持不变,则确定所述电池底部发生碰撞且电池底护板变形;若监测到所述气压值突然减小后保持不变,则确定所述电池底部发生碰撞且电池底护板破损。通过上述检测方式,准确判断电池底部碰撞的严重程度以及是否伴随有底护板的变形或破损,不仅能够及时检测电池碰撞受损状况,还有助于减少碰撞事故对车辆及乘员安全的潜在威胁。
