Then, under the condition that the vehicle tire burst signal is received, the vehicle is braked based on the brake pressure through the brake-by-wire system, and compared with a method that under the condition that the vehicle tire burst signal is received, pressure building is carried out based on the brake-by-wire system, and then the vehicle is braked, the braking efficiency is improved; according to the pre-pressure-building method, the pressure building time under the condition that the vehicle tire burst signal is received is shortened, the transmission time is optimized, the brake control effect can be improved, the stability of vehicle control under the tire burst condition is improved, and the life and property safety of personnel on the vehicle under the tire burst working condition is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及车辆安全技术领域,公开了一种爆胎主动制动方法、系统、车辆及存储介质。在接收到车辆爆胎预警信号的情况下,基于线控制动系统进行预建压,以提前生成车辆制动压力。然后,在接收到车辆爆胎信号的情况下,通过线控制动系统基于制动压力对车辆进行制动,相比于在接收到车辆爆胎信号的情况下,基于线控制动系统进行建压,再对车辆进行制动的方法,预建压方法缩短在接收到车辆爆胎信号的情况下建压的时间,优化传递时间,不仅能够改善制动控制效果,还提升爆胎情况下车辆控制的稳定性,保障车辆上的人员在爆胎工况下的生命财产安全。
