The friction force between the rolling body and the tubular column casing pipe which roll mutually is small, abrasion of the tubular column casing pipe and/or the friction mechanism in the using process can be reduced, the situation that a large gap is likely to be generated between the tubular column casing pipe and/or the friction mechanism can be effectively avoided, and therefore the NVH performance of the steering tubular column can be improved, and the service life of the steering tubular column can be prolonged.
