The invention relates to the technical field of track correction, and discloses a rapid track corrector which comprises a bottom plate, a rear vertical plate and a front vertical plate are fixedly connected to the upper surface of the bottom plate, shaft sleeves are fixedly connected to the opposite faces of the rear vertical plate and the front vertical plate, rotating shafts are rotatably arranged in the shaft sleeves, positioning wheels are fixedly connected to the surfaces of the rotating shafts, and the positioning wheels are fixedly connected to the surfaces of the rotating shafts. Air cylinders are fixedly installed on the lower surface of the rear vertical plate and the lower surface of the front vertical plate correspondingly, the driving ends of the air cylinders are fixedly connected with transverse push plates, and a driving structure is arranged in the rear vertical plate. By arranging a driving mechanism and adopting indirect meshing of an incomplete gear and a gear, when the incomplete gear rotates by one circle, a positioning wheel can be controlled to only rotate one side face to the uppermost portion, meanwhile, a carbon brush block is in friction contact with a first carbon brush plate and a second carbon brush plate in sequence, and an air cylinder and a hydraulic cylinder can be controlled in sequence; track pins can be installed from the two sides, and track plates can be pressed down and corrected.

    本发明涉及履带修正技术领域,公开了一种履带快速修正器,包括底板,所述底板的上表面分别固接有后立板和前立板,所述后立板和所述前立板的相对面均固接有轴套,所述轴套的内部转动设置有转轴,所述转轴的表面固接有定位轮,所述后立板和所述前立板的下表面均固定安装有气缸,所述气缸的驱动端固接有横向推板,所述后立板的内部设置有驱动结构。通过设置驱动机构,采用不完全齿轮和齿轮间接式啮合,在不完全齿轮转动一圈时,可以控制定位轮只转动一个侧面到最上方,同时利用碳刷块依次和碳刷板一、碳刷板二摩擦接触,可以依次控制气缸和液压缸,可以从两侧对履带销进行安装以及对履带板件进行下压矫正。
