The invention belongs to the technical field of elevators, and particularly relates to an elevator with a safety monitoring device, which comprises a hoistway, a lift car is arranged in an inner cavity of the hoistway, a mounting frame is fixed at the top of the inner cavity of the hoistway, a traction machine is fixed on the mounting frame, a guide wheel is rotatably mounted on one side of the mounting frame, and a steel wire rope is wound on the traction machine. One end of the steel wire rope is fixedly connected with the top of the lift car, the other end of the steel wire rope bypasses the guide wheel and is fixedly connected with a counterweight device, and a trigger assembly is arranged between the counterweight device and the lift car in an inner cavity of the hoistway. A set of mechanical triggering assembly and a safety switch are adopted, the triggering assembly is installed between the counterweight device and the lift car, and the safety switch is fixed to the side of the triggering assembly, so that faults of the lift car or the counterweight device can be effectively monitored when the lift car or the counterweight device deviates from the track to run, and the safety of the lift car or the counterweight device is improved. And in the bud state, the elevator stops running through the safety switch and the control system to wait for maintenance, so that the accident rate of elevator products is greatly reduced, and the safety performance of the elevator is improved.

    本发明属于电梯技术领域,具体为一种带有安全监测装置的电梯,包括井道,井道的内腔设置有轿厢,井道的内腔顶部固定有安装架,安装架上固定有曳引机,安装架的一侧转动安装有导向轮,曳引机上绕接有钢丝绳,钢丝绳一端和轿厢顶部固定连接,钢丝绳的另一端绕过导向轮且固定连接有对重装置,井道的内腔置于对重装置和轿厢之间设置有触发组件。本发明通过采用了一套机械触发组件及安全开关,触发组件安装在对重装置和轿厢之间,安全开关固定在触发组件边上,可以解决轿厢或对重装置偏离轨迹运行时候,有效的监控其发生故障,使之还在萌芽状态时通过安全开关和控制系统使电梯停止运行,等待维修,从而大大降低了电梯产品的事故率,提升了电梯的安全性能。
