The invention provides an automatic speed governor for an elevator. The automatic speed governor is composed of a fly ball mechanism and a base, wherein the fly ball mechanism comprises a follow-up part and a driven part; braking of the elevator is completed through connected accessories; the connected accessories are universal accessories of an existing car elevator and comprise a guide rail, a brake rod assembly and safety tongs. A complete elevator system is formed by the elevator and external components; a tensioning wheel is connected with a follow-up part through a common coupling shaft and installed on a bearing on the upper portion of a main support, an auxiliary support and the follow-up part are fixed to the main support through screws, and a tensioning wheel mechanism and a fly ball mechanism are combined and linked. Springs are sleeved in the adjusting screws to lock the middle of the main support and the connecting column, so that the tensioning wheel is tightly attached to the guide rail and rotates along with the up-down movement of the elevator car; the lower portion of the main support is connected to the supporting plate through connecting screws. The tensioning wheel on the co-coupling shaft and the follow-up part rotate synchronously, and the fly ball of the follow-up part is in a tightened state under the restraining force of the spring and does not make contact with the shell; when the stall speed of the elevator is larger than 15%, centrifugal force enables the fly balls to be thrown out to hook inner teeth of the shell and drive the inner teeth to rotate together. The rotating shaft, the steel cable seat, the steel cable and the brake rod which are connected with the shell are driven to rotate when the shell rotates; the brake rod rotates to lift the brake shoe, the brake shoe clamps the guide pipe under the constraint of the clamp, and therefore the braking effect is achieved.
本发明提供一种电梯自动限速器由飞锤机构(含:随动部和从动部),底座组成;并且通过相连的附件,完成对电梯的制动;相连的附件为现有轿厢电梯的通用配件,包括导轨、制动杆总成、安全钳;并与外部构件构成完整的电梯系统;以涨紧轮以共联轴与随动部连接安装在主支架上部的轴承上,副支架连同从动部以螺丝固定在主支架上,令到涨紧轮机构和飞锤机构结合联动;以调整螺丝内套弹簧锁住主支架中部和连接柱,使得涨紧轮紧贴导轨,跟随电梯轿厢上下而旋转;主支架下部以连接螺丝连接在支撑板上;共联轴上的涨紧轮与随动部同步旋转,随动部的飞锤在弹簧的约束力下处于收紧状态,不与外壳接触;当电梯失速大于15%,离心力会使得飞锤向外甩出钩住外壳内齿,并带动其一同旋转;外壳旋转时就会带动与其相连的转轴、钢缆座、钢缆、制动杆旋转;制动杆旋转就会提起制动蹄,制动蹄在夹具的约束下对导管夹紧,从而实现制动作用。
