The invention relates to the technical field of new energy batteries, in particular to a lithium iron phosphate battery module which comprises a bottom plate, an outer shell, an inner shell and a plurality of battery monomers, the outer shell, the inner shell and the plurality of battery monomers are all arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate, the inner shell is arranged in the outer shell, the plurality of battery monomers are all arranged in the inner shell, and the inner shell is arranged in the bottom plate. The electric kettle further comprises a water cooling mechanism, a stirring mechanism and a heat guiding mechanism, and the inner shell is filled with a phase change material. Through fixed connection of a connecting rod and a plurality of water cooling pipes, in the running process of a new energy automobile, the plurality of water cooling pipes can synchronously move up and down by utilizing inertia, so that stirring of a phase change material in a molten state is realized, heat adsorbed in the phase change material in the molten state can be uniformly distributed, and the heat absorption efficiency of the phase change material in the molten state is improved. And the cooling effect is improved in the flowing process of the cooling liquid in the water cooling pipe.

    本发明涉及新能源电池技术领域,具体为一种磷酸铁锂电池模组,包括底板、外壳、内壳和多个电池单体,所述外壳、内壳以及多个电池单体均设置于底板的上表面,所述内壳设置于外壳的内部,多个所述电池单体均设置于内壳的内部,还包括水冷机构、搅动机构和热量引导机构,所述内壳的内部填充有相变材料。本发明通过设置的连接杆和多个水冷管的固定连接,能够在新能源汽车行驶的过程中,利用惯性实现多个水冷管的同步上、下移动,从而实现对熔融状态下的相变材料的搅动,使得熔融状态下的相变材料内部吸附的热量能够均匀分布,并且在水冷管内部的冷却液流动的过程中改善降温效果。
