The invention discloses a BEV electric drive system and an active discharge control method thereof, and the method comprises the steps: entering an active discharge execution mode when a motor controller receives a closing signal and a main relay state signal is disconnection; if the rotating speed of the motor controller is smaller than or equal to the preset rotating speed, entering a motor winding to execute an active discharging strategy; if the rotating speed is greater than the preset rotating speed, entering a hardware active discharge resistor to execute an active discharge strategy, and setting an active discharge resistor protection strategy; detecting a bus voltage value sampled and fed back by a bus voltage sampling sensor in real time, and if a preset time difference value from entering the active discharge execution mode to the moment that the bus voltage is smaller than a preset voltage value is smaller than preset time and a closing signal is still received, entering an active discharge completion mode; and if the closing signal is not received after entering the active discharge completion mode, entering an active discharge non-execution mode. The high-voltage safety performance of the whole vehicle and a power system is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种BEV电驱动系统及其主动放电控制方法,包括电机控制器在接收到关闭信号且主继电器状态信号为断开时,进入主动放电执行模式;若电机控制器自身转速小于或等于预设转速,则进入电机绕组执行主动放电策略;若自身转速大于预设转速,则进入硬件主动放电电阻执行主动放电策略,设置主动放电电阻保护策略;实时检测母线电压采样传感器采样反馈的母线电压值,若进入主动放电执行模式至母线电压小于预设电压值的预设时间差值小于预设时间且仍接收到关闭信号,则进入主动放电完成模式;在进入主动放电完成模式后未接收到关闭信号,则进入主动放电未执行模式。本发明极大地提升了整车及动力系统高压安全性能。
