Brake wheels are arranged on the first pole climbing assembly and the second pole climbing assembly respectively and used for changing the height of the first pole climbing assembly and the height of the second pole climbing assembly; and a safety channel is arranged at the bottom of the second climbing rod assembly. The first pole climbing assembly and the second pole climbing assembly are the same and comprise a first main body and a second main body, the first main body and the second main body are connected through a hinge assembly, a plurality of fixing holes are formed in the first main body and the second main body respectively, and the brake wheels are connected into the fixing holes.
