According to the tenon-and-mortise type cage bottom of the intelligent construction hoist, welding is replaced with a tenon-and-mortise connection mode, the production difficulty of the cage bottom is lowered, the production efficiency is improved, meanwhile, connecting joints of the cage bottom are greatly reduced, then the potential safety hazards of deformation and cracking are reduced, and meanwhile the production cost is reduced. Through cooperation with the arrangement of the deformation monitoring unit, real-time monitoring can be carried out on the middle main beam, most prone to deformation, of the cage bottom, after it is determined that deformation occurs, when the laser range finders move along the electric sliding rails, data on the laser range finders can become smaller later, original large data can be restored earlier, and the smaller data and the shorter distance between restored nodes are; and on the basis of the data change condition, the deformation amplitude of the main beam can be monitored, so that a worker can conveniently and timely maintain the main beam, and potential safety hazards caused by deformation of the cage bottom in a non-maintenance period are effectively avoided.

    本发明涉及应用于升降机相关技术领域的一种智能施工升降机的榫卯式吊笼笼底,通过榫卯连接的方式代替焊接,既降低了笼底的生产难度,提高了生产效率,同时大幅度缩减笼底的连接节点,进而降低形变开裂的安全隐患,同时,配合形变监测单元的设置,可以实现对笼底最容易形变的中部的主梁进行实时监控,在确定出现形变后,激光测距仪在沿着电动滑轨移动时,激光测距仪上数据会更晚变小、并更早恢复原较大数据,且数据变小和恢复的节点之间距离越短,则说明主梁形变幅度越大,基于该数据变化情况,可实现对主梁形变幅度的监控,便于工作人员及时进行维护,有效避免在非检修期笼底出现形变造成的安全隐患。
