The invention discloses an overturning anti-shaking device for tube panel hoisting, and relates to the technical field of hoisting auxiliary tools. The device comprises a bottom frame, two side frames and a connecting rod, the two side frames are installed on the two sides of the bottom frame, connecting assemblies are arranged on the two sides of the connecting rod, buffering assemblies are arranged outside the two side frames, and a jacking assembly is arranged at the bottom of the bottom frame; the buffer assembly comprises a rotating block, the rotating block is rotationally connected to the exterior of the fixed shaft, sliding groove plates are fixedly connected to the two sides of the rotating block, inserting rods are movably connected to the interiors of the two sliding groove plates in a sleeving mode, two baffles are fixedly connected to the exterior of each inserting rod, and two buffer springs are movably connected to the exterior of each inserting rod in a sleeving mode. The top of the inserting rod is fixedly connected with a hanging ring. Auxiliary lifting points are added through the two lifting rings, the posture can be more stable when the tube panel is lifted, vibration in the lifting process can be absorbed through the buffer springs, and therefore the stability of the tube panel can be further improved when the tube panel is lifted.

    本发明公开了一种用于管屏吊装的翻转防晃装置,涉及吊装辅助工具技术领域。本发明包括底架、两个侧架和连接杆;两个所述侧架安装于底架的两侧,所述连接杆两侧均设置有连接组件,两个所述侧架外部均设置有缓冲组件,所述底架底部设置有顶升组件;所述缓冲组件包括转动块,所述转动块转动连接于固定轴外部,所述转动块两侧均固定连接有滑槽板,两个所述滑槽板内部活动套接有插杆,所述插杆外部固定连接有两个挡板,所述插杆外部活动套接有两个缓冲弹簧,所述插杆顶部固定连接有吊环。本发明通过两个吊环增加辅助吊点,可以使得管屏吊装时姿态更加稳定,通过缓冲弹簧可以吸收吊装过程中的振动,从而可以进一步增加管屏吊装时的稳定性。
