The invention relates to the technical field of electric hoists, in particular to an anti-overload protection electric hoist. According to the anti-overload protection electric hoist, after locking of the brake is relieved, the descending speed of a heavy object can be reduced, manpower is saved, and the operation safety and efficiency are improved. An overload protection electric hoist comprises an electric hoist body, a first servo motor, a load increasing mechanism and the like, the right side of the lower portion of the electric hoist body is connected with the first servo motor, and the load increasing mechanism capable of detecting the load weight is arranged on the electric hoist body. When a heavy object needs to be lowered, the brake is removed, then the winding drum and the first friction disc rotate, the rotating speed of the first friction disc is reduced through friction force between the second friction disc and the first friction disc, then the rotating speed of the winding drum is reduced, the heavy object is lowered slowly, the descending speed of the heavy object can be reduced after locking of the brake is removed, and manpower is saved; and the operation safety and efficiency are improved.

    本发明涉及电葫芦技术领域,尤其涉及一种防过载保护电葫芦。本发明提供一种在解除制动器的锁定后能够减缓重物下降速度,节省人力,提高操作安全性和效率的防过载保护电葫芦。一种防过载保护电葫芦,包括有电葫芦、第一伺服电机和增载机构等,电葫芦下部右侧连接有第一伺服电机,电葫芦上设有能够检测负载重量的增载机构。本发明当需要下放重物时,解除制动器,随后使卷筒与第一摩擦盘旋转,通过第二摩擦盘与第一摩擦盘之间的摩擦力,减缓第一摩擦盘转速,进而减缓卷筒转速,使重物缓慢下放,达到了在解除制动器的锁定后能够减缓重物下降速度,节省人力,提高操作安全性和效率的效果。
