The invention relates to a hoisting construction method of an elevated torch facility, the elevated torch facility comprises a tower and a barrel, and the barrel comprises a high-pressure torch barrel and an ammonia torch barrel; and the high-pressure torch barrel and the ammonia torch barrel share one tower. The method comprises the following steps: dividing a tower into 15 tower sections, and firstly, carrying out bulk packing of the first to third sections of tower at the bottom and pre-assembling of the fourth to fifteenth sections of tower; the high-pressure torch barrel and the ammonia torch barrel are each divided into six barrel sections. After one to three tower sections are in bulk, the first to the second barrel sections are installed, then hoisting is carried out alternately according to the sequence that every two to three tower sections are hoisted, and then one barrel section is hoisted, and field assembly is carried out; and after the torch tower frame and each section of the cylinder body are assembled on site, a torch head is mounted. According to the invention, ground scattered assembly and concentrated hoisting are adopted, and hoisting work is carried out in a manner that the tower and the barrel are crossed in sequence from low to high. And meanwhile, the actual site space requirement is considered, the hoisting sequence is reasonably arranged, the construction efficiency is high, the construction period is shortened, and the construction safety is good.

    本发明涉一种高架火炬设施的吊装施工方法,高架火炬设施包括塔架和筒体,其中,筒体包括高压火炬筒体和氨火炬筒体;高压火炬筒体和氨火炬筒体共用一个塔架。塔架分成15节塔架节段,首先进行底部第1‑3节塔架的散装和第4‑15节各段塔架的预组装;高压火炬筒体和氨火炬筒体各自分成6节筒体节段。塔架1‑3节散装完成后,安装第1‑2节筒体节段,然后按照每吊装2‑3节塔架节段,然后吊装1节筒体节段的顺序交替吊装并进行现场组装;火炬塔架和筒体各节段现场组装完成后,安装火炬头。本发明采用地面分散拼装,集中吊装,依次从低到高,塔架与筒体交叉进行吊装工作。同时考虑实际现场空间的要求,合理安排吊装顺序,施工效率高,缩短了工期,施工安全性好。
