The invention provides a personalized passenger motion sickness relieving system and method based on a virtual reality technology. The system comprises virtual reality equipment, a sensor module, a physiological monitoring module and a data processing unit. The virtual reality equipment is used for generating a virtual scene synchronous with the movement of the vehicle and providing immersive experience; the sensor module collects vehicle motion data in real time, such as acceleration and angular velocity; the physiological monitoring module monitors the physiological state of a user and evaluates motion sickness symptoms; and the data processing unit integrates the vehicle motion data and the user physiological data, dynamically adjusts a virtual scene, and realizes personalized alleviation of motion sickness. According to the system, through personalized virtual scene selection, scene element adjustment, motion feedback personalized adjustment and automatic adjustment based on physiological feedback, the comfort level and experience of passengers are effectively improved, the motion sickness symptom is remarkably relieved, high expansibility is achieved, the system can be suitable for various vehicles, and the wide market requirement is met.
