The invention relates to the technical field of wireless communication, and discloses a cloud digital twin reconstruction training method based on an unmanned aerial vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: 1) K unmanned aerial vehicles scan a current environment by using airborne laser radars to obtain a point cloud map in the current environment; after scanning is completed, point cloud data are formed; (2) the base station obtains the current channel state, the computing resources of the cloud end, the base station end and the unmanned aerial vehicle end and the required scene reconstruction precision and informs the unmanned aerial vehicle of preparing to unload data; 3) constructing an optimization problem, and selecting a corresponding algorithm for solving to obtain a channel bandwidth, computing resource and training data allocation result; and 4) the unmanned aerial vehicle unloads data to the cloud end and the base station end according to a solving result and carries out training, after training is completed, the unmanned aerial vehicle and the base station upload trained network parameters to the cloud end, and the cloud end aggregates the parameters to perfect the point cloud reconstruction network.

    本发明涉及无线通信技术领域,公开了一种基于无人机的云端数字孪生重建训练方法;1)K个无人机利用机载激光雷达扫描当前环境,得到当前环境下的点云地图;扫描完成后形成点云数据;2)基站获取当前信道状态、云端,基站端和无人机端的计算资源以及所需场景重构的精度并通知无人机准备卸载数据;3)构建优化问题,并选用相应的算法进行求解,得到信道带宽、计算资源和训练数据分配的结果;4)无人机根据求解结果卸载数据至云端和基站端并进行训练,训练完成后,无人机与基站上传训练的网络参数至云端,云端聚合参数完善点云重构网络。
