The invention discloses a dynamic wing tilting device for a wind tunnel test and a wind tunnel test system, and the device is characterized in that an output shaft of a servo motor is connected with a planetary reducer, and the output end of the planetary reducer is connected with one end of a transmission shaft through a planetary output gear disc; the flange plate at the other end is connected with the wing connecting piece so as to connect the transmission shaft with the wing; the exterior of the transmission shaft is connected with a bearing sleeve through a bearing. The bearing sleeve is sequentially sleeved with a bearing seat and a shell. The servo motor drives the transmission shaft and the wing to rotate synchronously so as to realize dynamic tilting of the wing in a wind tunnel test, and the planetary reducer reduces the rotating speed and increases the torque so as to reduce the rotational inertia ratio of the wing and the servo motor. According to the technical scheme, the problems that in an existing tilting rotor-wing aeroelastic coupling dynamic scaling model test, dynamic tilting of a wing cannot be achieved, and the tilting angular displacement error is large due to the fact that a large gap exists when transmission parts are matched are solved.

    本发明公开一种用于风洞试验的机翼动态倾转装置和风洞试验系统,包括:伺服电机的输出轴与行星减速器连接,行星减速器的输出端通过行星输出齿轮盘与传动轴的一端连接,其另一端的法兰盘与机翼连接件连接从而将传动轴的与机翼连接;传动轴的外部通过轴承与轴承套筒连接,轴承套筒的外部依次套设有轴承座和外壳;通过伺服电机带动传动轴和机翼同步转动,以实现风洞试验中机翼的动态倾转,并且通过行星减速器降低转速,增大扭矩,以降低机翼和伺服电机的转动惯量比。本发明技术方案解决了现有倾转旋翼‑机翼气弹耦合动力学缩比模型试验中,无法实现机翼的动态倾转的问题,以及由于传动部件配合时存在较大的间隙,造成倾转角位移误差较大的问题。
