The crack detection module uses a multispectral imaging device, a thermal imaging camera and a laser scanning technology, can collect a multispectral difference value G (x, y), surface temperature distribution T (x, y) and a depth matrix D (x, y) of a crack area, extracts a crack boundary B (x, y) through a high-precision algorithm, and calculates a crack volume Vc. And the repairing material intelligent spraying detection module dynamically calculates the volume Vm of the repairing material according to the volume of the crack, and the SLAM technology is utilized to optimize the spraying path and parameters, so that uniform coverage and efficient utilization of the repairing material are ensured. The system greatly improves the precision of crack detection and repair, and avoids material waste and repair omission.
