The invention provides an underwater vehicle charging system and a charging method, and solves the problem that the loading capacity, the operation time and the operation flexibility of an underwater vehicle are affected as a heavy coupler needs to be carried at the vehicle end in the conventional underwater vehicle wireless charging system. According to the invention, the permanent magnet synchronous motor which must be carried by the underwater vehicle is used for energy supply, the battery of the underwater vehicle is directly charged through the electromotive force generated by the reverse rotation of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the situation that the load is increased by a coupler installed at the vehicle end in the conventional wireless charging process is avoided. The charging system comprises a charging device arranged underwater and a one-way clutch arranged between a transmission shaft of a permanent magnet synchronous motor of the underwater vehicle and a propeller. The charging device comprises a base platform, a mobile platform, a motor, a charging rod, a fixed electromagnet, a communication unit and a control unit. The motor converts electric energy obtained by the charging device into mechanical energy which is transmitted to the permanent magnet synchronous motor transmission shaft through the charging rod to drive the transmission shaft to rotate reversely.
本发明提供了一种水下航行器充电系统即充电方法,解决现有水下航行器无线充电系统需在航行器端搭载较重的耦合器,影响水下航行器带载能力、作业时间和作业灵活性的问题。本发明利用水下航行器自身必须携带的永磁同步电机进行能源补给,通过永磁同步电机反转产生的电动势直接为水下航行器电池充电,避免常规无线充电需要在航行器端安装的耦合器增加负载。充电系统包括设置在水下的充电装置,以及设置在水下航行器永磁同步电机传动轴与螺旋桨之间的单向离合器;充电装置包括基座平台、移动平台、电机、充电杆、固定电磁铁、通信单元以及控制单元。电机将充电装置获得的电能转化为机械能,通过充电杆传递给永磁同步电机传动轴,带动传动轴反转。
