A through hole is formed in the middle of the head stopper, a dragging head is arranged in the through hole in a penetrating mode, clamping teeth are arranged on the outer wall of the dragging head and the hole wall of the through hole, and the dragging head is matched with the head stopper in a limiting mode through the clamping teeth. Connecting rings are arranged at the two ends of the dragging head, the top end of the dragging head is connected with a winch cable on the tension leg platform, and the bottom end of the dragging head is connected with a mooring cable connector on the tension leg platform. The clamping teeth on the dragging head and the clamping teeth on the head stopper are all involute tooth profiles, the head stopper is in an open state when the dragging head is pulled upwards, the head stopper and the dragging head can be locked and stopped in a closed state, and therefore the tension can be adjusted in the field operation period of the tension leg platform.
本发明公开一种用于调节系泊张力的止缆器装置,涉及海上系泊技术领域,包括固定在张力腿平台上的外壳,外壳的上下两端均设置有开口,外壳的内壁面为内凹弧面,外壳的内侧滑动连接有止头器,止头器为分体式结构,止头器的中部开设有通孔,通孔内穿设有拖拉头,拖拉头的外壁上、通孔的孔壁上均设置有卡齿,拖拉头与止头器通过卡齿限位配合;拖拉头的两端均设置有连接环,拖拉头的顶端与张力腿平台上的绞车缆绳连接,拖拉头的底端与张力腿平台上的系泊索接头连接。本发明拖拉头上的卡齿和止头器上的卡齿均为渐开线齿形轮廓,拖拉头上拉时止头器处于打开状态,止头器封闭状态下可以与拖拉头联锁止动,从而可以在张力腿平台现场操作期间调整张力。
