The invention discloses an electric vehicle battery temperature control method based on self-adaptive dynamic programming, which comprises the following steps of: 1, respectively establishing a battery model, a refrigerant cooling model and a battery electrothermal coupling model, and outputting a battery temperature and a battery state of charge (SOC) according to the battery electrothermal coupling model; 2, establishing an electric vehicle battery thermal management global optimization problem; 21) establishing a dynamic programming mathematical model, and determining constraint conditions of an optimization problem; 22) discretizing the driving condition, the state variable and the decision variable to obtain a state variable set of any stage; 23) reversely solving an optimal objective function and a corresponding decision variable of each stage; 24) giving an initial state variable, and positively solving a globally optimal solution; step 3, establishing an online thermal management optimization controller; 31) constructing an optimal thermal management strategy data set under various working conditions; and 32) training a neural network, and constructing to obtain an online thermal management optimization controller.

    本发明公开了一种基于自适应动态规划的电动汽车电池温度控制方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一:分别建立电池模型、制冷剂冷却模型和电池电热耦合模型,根据电池电热耦合模型输出电池温度和电池荷电状态SOC;步骤二:建立电动汽车电池热管理全局优化问题;21)建立动态规划数学模型,并确定优化问题的约束条件;22)对行驶工况、状态变量和决策变量分别进行离散化处理,得到任意阶段的状态变量集合;23)逆向求解各个阶段的最优目标函数以及相应决策变量;24)给定初始状态变量,正向求解全局最优解;步骤三:建立在线热管理优化控制器;31)构建多种工况下的最优热管理策略数据集;32)训练神经网络,构建得到在线热管理优化控制器。
