The stability of the energy storage module during charging can be effectively judged, the service life and the health condition of the energy storage module are judged to a certain extent, potential problems of the energy storage module are found in advance, service life early warning is performed on a remote monitoring terminal when the potential problems occur, meanwhile, the interval duration of power-loss rehearsal is shortened, and the power-loss rehearsal efficiency is improved. And the failure condition of the abnormal energy storage module can be conveniently detected in time.

    本发明涉及应用于电能储能领域的一种升降机断电缓降装置用储能单元,通过在升降机闲置期内进行失电预演过程,模拟市电停电情况,测试储能模块的应急响应效果,有效确保储能模块处于良好的工作状态,降低长期未使用导致的性能下降或失效问题,同时也可及时发现储能模块失效故障,大大降低实际情况中储能模块失效造成的人员伤亡或货物受损概率,并通过对储能模块充电时的电压、电流及温度进行监测分析,可有效判断储能模块充电时的稳定性,进而在一定程度上判断储能模块的寿命及健康状况,提前发现储能模块潜在问题,在出现潜在问题时,向远程监控终端进行寿命预警,同时缩短失电预演的间隔时长,便于及时检测出异常储能模块失效状况。
