    本发明公开了一种工业轨道车辆的防啃轨方法,涉及轨道车辆技术领域,包括以下步骤:步骤一、实时获取工业轨道车辆与轨道之间的周边距离和工业轨道车辆的位置;其中周边距离包括左前距离L1、右前距离L2、左后距离L3和右后距离L4;步骤二、对实时获取的周边距离进行处理,得到实时啃轨反馈值;步骤三、基于实时啃轨反馈值获取实时比例积分输出值;步骤四、基于实时比例积分输出值对工业轨道车辆运行状态进行调整;通过本方法极大防止啃轨现象,降低车轮与轨道的磨损,提高轨道车辆的运行稳定性和安全性,且调整精度高,反馈的及时性更高,响应时间更短。
