The invention discloses a vehicle electronic and electric appliance framework based on new energy domain control and a fusion control method, and relates to the technical field of automobile electronics. The vehicle body domain controller is mounted under the vehicle body CAN bus, the new energy domain controller is mounted under the power CAN bus, the chassis domain independent controllers are mounted under the chassis CAN bus, the information entertainment domain controller is mounted under the information CAN bus, and the central security gateway supports multiple paths of CAN or CANFD buses. The new energy domain controller integrates high-voltage domain control and low-voltage domain control; the high-voltage domain controller comprises a battery management system BMS, a battery power distribution unit BDU, a high-voltage power distribution unit PDU, a steering oil pump controller DCAC, a brake air pump controller DCAC and a high-voltage-to-low-voltage module DCDC. According to the invention, new energy related components and systems can be integrated to the maximum extent, and the communication reliability is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于新能源域控的车辆电子电器架构及融合控制方法,涉及汽车电子技术领域,该车辆电子电器架构包括中央安全网关,以及挂载于车身CAN总线下的车身域控制器、挂载于动力CAN总线下的新能源域控制器、挂载于底盘CAN总线下的底盘域各独立控制器、挂载于信息CAN总线下的信息娱乐域控制器,且所述中央安全网关支持多路CAN或CANFD总线。所述新能源域控制器集成高压域控和低压域控;高压域控包括电池管理系统BMS、电池配电单元BDU、高压配电单元PDU、转向油泵控制器DCAC、制动气泵控制器DCAC、高压转低压模块DCDC。本申请能够最大限度对新能源相关部件及系统进行整合,并提升通讯的可靠性。
