The invention discloses a brake pedal linkage control system of underground coal mine trackless auxiliary transportation equipment, which relates to the technical field of brake systems and comprises a mechanical brake valve and a flexible brake valve. The mechanical brake valve comprises a pedal plate, a supporting shaft, a pressing tongue and a pedal base, the pedal plate rotates with the supporting shaft as the center to drive the pressing tongue to press a brake valve body downwards, the brake valve body is communicated in a proportional reversing mode, the flexible brake valve is arranged on one side of the mechanical brake valve, a fixing pin shaft penetrates through the flexible brake valve, and the fixing pin shaft is connected with the pedal base. A mechanical and hydraulic combined braking mode is adopted, the service life of a brake of the whole vehicle is prolonged, driving of the whole vehicle is safer, the driving comfort degree is better, and the whole vehicle is changed from flexible braking to zero-speed braking.

    本发明公开了一种煤矿井下无轨辅助运输设备制动踏板联动控制系统,涉及制动系统技术领域,包括机械制动阀和柔性制动阀;所述机械制动阀包括脚踏板、支撑轴、压舌和踏板底座,脚踏板以支撑轴为中心转动带动压舌下压制动阀体,使其制动阀体比例换向连通,所述柔性制动阀设置于所述机械制动阀的一侧,所述柔性制动阀上贯穿有一固定销轴,固定销轴通过连杆连接支撑轴,实现联动,本发明采用机械与液压联合制动形式完成,即提高了整车的制动器使用寿命,又使整车驾驶更安全,驾驶舒适度更好,实现整车从柔性制动到零速制动。
