The buoyancy of seawater and the action of waves should be considered in the design of the floating pipes, it is ensured that the system stably floats on the sea surface through reasonable layout and design, and it is ensured that the system can still keep stable under the action of strong stormy waves through the high-strength and rigid design of the three-dimensional trusses and the auxiliary trusses; and the stability and safety of the whole structure are kept.
