Comprising a rotor unmanned aerial vehicle, mechanical arms, clamping mechanisms, a steel cable detection sensor, a recognition module and a positioning module, the rotor unmanned aerial vehicle is of a multi-rotor structure, the two mechanical arms are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of a fuselage of the rotor unmanned aerial vehicle, the clamping mechanisms are arranged at the tail ends of the mechanical arms, and the clamping mechanisms are used for clamping steel cables; the steel cable detection sensor, the recognition module and the positioning module are all arranged above a fuselage of the unmanned rotorcraft, and the recognition module is used for recognizing a steel cable in a large range; the positioning module is used for identifying the steel cable in a small range; the steel cable detection sensor is used for detecting the steel cable. Under the condition that the unmanned aerial vehicle identifies in a large range through the identification module and accurately positions in a small range through the positioning module, the flying mechanical arm system automatically clamps a steel cable and has the function of detecting surface abrasion, internal wire breakage and the like of a high-altitude long-span cableway.

    本发明涉及客运索道检测技术领域,特别涉及一种用于高空长跨距固定式钢索检测的飞行机械臂系统。包括旋翼无人机、机械臂、夹持机构、钢索检测传感器、识别模块及定位模块,其中旋翼无人机采用多旋翼构型,旋翼无人机的机身两侧对称设置两个机械臂,各机械臂的末端均设有夹持机构,夹持机构用于夹持钢索;钢索检测传感器、识别模块和定位模块均设置于旋翼无人机的机身上方,识别模块用于在大范围内对钢索进行识别;定位模块用于在小范围内对钢索进行识别;钢索检测传感器用于对钢索进行检测。本发明可实现无人机在识别模块大范围识别和定位模块小范围精准定位下,飞行机械臂系统自动夹持钢索和高空长跨距索道表面磨损及内部断丝等检测功能。
