The invention provides a cavity workpiece hoisting device and a cavity workpiece hoisting method. The cavity workpiece hoisting device comprises a hoisting assembly, a connecting shaft assembly, a sliding sleeve, a plurality of first supporting connecting pieces and a plurality of second supporting connecting pieces. When a to-be-hoisted cavity workpiece is hoisted, the sliding sleeve is pushed to get close to the connecting end of the second supporting connecting piece and the connecting shaft assembly, and the sliding sleeve pushes the first supporting connecting piece and the second supporting connecting piece in each supporting set to stretch out in the radial direction of the connecting shaft at the same time; the connecting ends of the first supporting connecting pieces and the second supporting connecting pieces of the multiple supporting sets abut against and are matched with different positions of the inner wall of the to-be-hoisted cavity workpiece at the same time, so that the to-be-hoisted cavity workpiece and the connecting shaft assembly are relatively fixed, and the hoisting assembly hoists the to-be-hoisted cavity workpiece by driving the connecting shaft assembly to move. Relative fixation and separation of the cavity workpiece to be hoisted are achieved through a simple structure, and then efficient hoisting of the cavity workpiece to be hoisted is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种空腔工件吊装装置及空腔工件吊装方法,装置包括:吊装组件、连接轴组件、滑动套筒、多个第一支撑连接件和多个第二支撑连接件;在吊装待吊装空腔工件时,推动滑动套筒向第二支撑连接件与连接轴组件的连接端靠近,滑动套筒同时推动每一个支撑组内的第一支撑连接件和第二支撑连接件向连接轴的径向伸出,多个支撑组的第一支撑连接件和第二支撑连接件的连接端同时与待吊装空腔工件的内壁的不同位置抵接配合,以使待吊装空腔工件与连接轴组件相对固定,吊装组件通过带动连接轴组件运动,吊运待吊装空腔工件。本发明用简单结构实现了与待吊装空腔工件的相对固定和脱离,进而实现了对于待吊装空腔工件的高效吊运。
