The invention relates to a thickness measuring device which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, a pod and a photo-thermal measuring mechanism, and the unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a rack and a rotor wing arranged on the rack. The pod is connected with the rack, the photo-thermal measurement mechanism is arranged in the pod, and the photo-thermal measurement mechanism is used for applying photo-thermal excitation to a target area and obtaining temperature change of the target area, so that the thickness of a corrosion layer of the target area can be obtained by utilizing a photo-thermal thickness measurement principle. According to the thickness measuring device, the unmanned aerial vehicle is used for replacing manual tower climbing, safety of employees is guaranteed, and labor cost is greatly saved. Meanwhile, the thickness of the corrosion layer on the surface of the high-altitude structure can be measured in a non-contact mode through the photo-thermal measuring mechanism, the influence of a strong electromagnetic field on the measuring result is avoided, nondestructive testing on the thickness of the corrosion layer on the surface of the high-altitude structure can be achieved, data closer to the reality can be obtained, and the measuring stability and accuracy are improved.
