The invention provides a regional bridge group traffic flow prediction method and device based on a full connection graph and double convolution, and relates to the technical field of time series data prediction. The method comprises the following steps: monitoring traffic flows of different bridge nodes in a regional bridge group to obtain original flow data of a two-dimensional data structure time sequence; performing data structure dimension raising processing on the original traffic flow data to obtain improved data of a three-dimensional data structure; training the model by using the improved data; according to the current improved data, performing feature extraction through a graph convolutional neural network to obtain space-time related features; capturing data periodicity through a two-dimensional convolutional network to obtain periodicity features; and splicing, fusing and inputting the time-space correlation features and the periodic features into a full-connection layer for prediction to obtain a traffic flow prediction result. The invention relates to a regional bridge group traffic flow prediction method based on a full connection graph and a double convolution multidimensional time sequence, and provides a basis for performance evolution prediction of bridges in a regional road network.

    本发明提供一种基于全连接图和双重卷积的区域桥梁群车流量预测方法及装置,涉及时序数据预测技术领域。该方法包括:对区域桥梁群中不同桥梁节点车流量进行监测,获得二维数据结构时间序列的原始流量数据;对原始车流量数据进行数据结构升维处理,获得三维数据结构的改进数据;使用改进数据对模型进行训练;根据当前改进数据,通过图卷积神经网络进行特征提取,获得时空相关特征;通过二维卷积网络捕捉数据周期性,获得周期性特征;将时空相关特征以及周期性特征进行拼接融合输入全连接层预测,获得车流量预测结果。本发明是一种基于全连接图和双重卷积的多维时间序列的区域桥梁群车流量预测方法,为区域路网中桥梁的性能演化预测提供依据。
