The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent traffic, and particularly relates to an expressway traffic state judgment method based on vehicle-level macro and micro evaluation. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring millimeter-wave radar data of a target road section in a target time period, and preprocessing the millimeter-wave radar data; then, according to millimeter wave radar data, evaluation indexes are calculated, and the evaluation indexes comprise a microcosmic index and a macroscopic index; the correlation between the indexes is checked, part of indexes with high correlation are removed, and the obtained microcosmic indexes comprise the vehicle drift angle variance, the lane changing behavior frequency, the time headway variance, the acceleration variance and the aggressive driving behavior variation index variance; the macroscopic indexes comprise average flow, a speed variation coefficient, a cart mixing rate and a congestion index; and finally, based on the macro and micro evaluation indexes, calculating the traffic state entropy of each road section in the target road section in the target time period, and classifying the traffic state according to the traffic state entropy. According to the method, the aggressive driving behavior variation index is provided for measuring the vehicle danger degree caused by sudden acceleration, deceleration or too high driving speed, so that the traffic state is reflected more finely from the microcosmic level, and meanwhile, the traffic state is accurately quantified by considering the mutual influence among the road sections.

    本发明属于智能交通技术领域,具体是一种基于车辆级宏微观评价的高速公路交通状态判别方法。首先,获取目标路段在目标时段内的毫米波雷达数据,对毫米波雷达数据进行预处理;然后,根据毫米波雷达数据计算评价指标,包括微观和宏观两类指标;检验指标之间的相关性,剔除具有强相关性的部分指标,得到微观指标包括车辆偏角方差、换道行为频次、车头时距方差、加速度方差和激进驾驶行为变异指数方差;宏观指标包括平均流量、速度变异系数、大车混入率和拥堵指数;最后,基于宏、微观评价指标,计算目标路段中各路段目标时段内的交通状态熵值,根据交通状态熵值划分交通状态的类别。该方法提出了激进驾驶行为变异指数用于衡量因突然加速、减速或者行驶速度太快导致的车辆危险程度,从而从微观上更细致地反映交通状态,同时考虑各路段之间的相互影响对交通状态进行精准量化。
