A symmetrical wheel edge dual-motor planetary gear train driving and transmission device for an electric commercial vehicle comprises a left half shaft and a right half shaft which are the same, each half shaft comprises a permanent magnet synchronous motor MG, the output of each permanent magnet synchronous motor MG is connected with one end of a synchronizer gear shifting mechanism through a first planetary gear train, and the other end of each synchronizer gear shifting mechanism is connected to one end of an output shaft; the other end of the output shaft is connected with a wheel-side planetary gear train, a disc type motor MG is installed on the output shaft, and the output of the disc type motor MG is connected with the input of a wheel through the wheel-side planetary gear train. A motor driver of the permanent magnet synchronous motor MG and a motor driver of the disc type motor MG are connected with the battery; the driving device is simple in structure, small in size and light in weight, larger torque can be output under the smaller size due to the application of the disc type motor, and the driving device can have better power performance, energy-saving performance and control performance due to the fact that two rows of planetary gear trains are adopted to achieve two working modes; the device has the advantages of good economic dynamic property, high transmission efficiency and simplicity in operation.

    一种电动商用车用对称式轮边双电机行星轮系驱动与传动装置,包括左右两个相同的半轴,半轴包括永磁同步电机MG,永磁同步电机MG输出经第一行星轮系和同步器换挡机构一端连接,同步器换挡机构另一端连接在输出轴一端,输出轴另一端连接有轮边行星轮系,输出轴上安装有盘式电机MG,盘式电机MG输出经轮边行星轮系和车轮的输入连接;永磁同步电机MG、盘式电机MG的电机驱动器和电池连接;本发明结构简单、体积小、重量小,盘式电机的应用使得在更小的体积下可以输出更大的扭矩,采用两排行星轮系实现两种工作模式可以使驱动装置具有更好的动力性能、节能性能和操控性能;具有经济动力性好、传动效率高,操作简单的优点。
