The invention provides a fuel cell commercial vehicle power system and an intelligent power distribution control method thereof. The system comprises a controller, a fuel cell, a power cell, a load motor, an inverter and a DC/DC converter. The controller is connected with the fuel cell and the power cell, and the fuel cell is in line connection with the power cell; the fuel cell is connected with the load motor through the inverter; the power battery is connected with the inverter through the DC/DC converter; and a detection module is arranged in the controller. Through intelligent power distribution and auxiliary power output, the burden of the fuel cell during rapid power change is reduced, frequent power fluctuation of the fuel cell is reduced, and the service life of the fuel cell is prolonged. And the power battery quickly responds to the power change through the DC/DC converter, so that the fuel battery always keeps high-efficiency operation, and the overall system efficiency is improved.
本发明提供了一种燃料电池商用车动力系统及其智能功率分配控制方法,系统包括:控制器、燃料电池、动力电池、负载电动机、逆变器以及DC/DC转换器;控制器与燃料电池和动力电池均连接,燃料电池与动力电池线路连接;燃料电池通过逆变器与负载电动机连接;动力电池通过DC/DC转换器与逆变器连接;控制器内设置有检测模块。本发明通过智能功率分配和辅助功率输出,减少燃料电池在快速功率变化时的负担,减少燃料电池频繁功率波动,延长了燃料电池寿命。动力电池通过DC/DC转换器快速响应功率变化,使燃料电池始终保持高效运行,提高了整体系统效率。
