The invention provides a brake fluid exhaust method and device of a decoupling brake control system, a medium and a vehicle. The decoupling brake system is arranged on a target vehicle and comprises a main brake controller and a redundant brake controller; the main brake control system comprises a main cylinder cavity, a pedal simulator and a pressure buildup module; the method comprises the steps that brake fluid in an oil can is controlled to flow into the front wheel ends on the two sides through a redundant brake controller, and gas of the brake fluid in the redundant brake controller is exhausted; a brake pedal signal is responded, brake fluid in the oil can is controlled to flow into the rear wheel ends on the two sides and the front wheel ends on the two sides through the main cylinder cavity, and gas of the brake fluid in the main cylinder cavity, the rear wheel ends on the two sides and the front wheel ends is exhausted; the brake pedal signal is responded, brake fluid in the oil can is controlled to flow into the pedal simulator, and gas of the brake fluid in the pedal simulator is exhausted; and brake fluid in the oil pot is controlled to flow into the four-wheel end through the pressure building module so as to discharge gas of the brake fluid in the pressure building module. The exhaust quality of the brake fluid of the decoupling brake control system can be improved.

    本发明申请提供了一种解耦制动控制系统的制动液排气方法、设备、介质及车辆,解耦制动系统设于目标车辆,包括主制动控制器和冗余制动控制器;主制动控制系统包括主缸腔、踏板模拟器和建压模块;方法包括:控制油壶内的制动液通过冗余制动控制器流入两侧前轮端,排出冗余制动控制器内制动液的气体;响应制动踏板信号,控制油壶内的制动液通过主缸腔流入两侧后轮端和两侧前轮端,排出主缸腔、两侧后轮端和前轮端内制动液的气体;响应制动踏板信号,控制油壶内的制动液流入踏板模拟器,排出踏板模拟器内制动液的气体;控制油壶内的制动液通过建压模块流入四轮端,以排出建压模块内制动液的气体。本申请可以提高解耦制动控制系统制动液的排气质量。
