A high-power hybrid vehicle energy management method considering heat dissipation and energy consumption comprises the steps that the heating value of each component of a power system is calculated, and a heating model is established; establishing a cooling system heat dissipation power model through data fitting by taking the fan air volume and the water pump flow speed as control variables; and obtaining the required power of the whole vehicle by combining with the traction power requirement of the driving module based on a longitudinal kinetic equation, and performing energy management on the basis of the requirement. According to the method, heat dissipation energy consumption of the cooling system is introduced for energy management, and compared with a traditional control strategy formulated based on traction power, the adaptability of the control strategy is enhanced, and the energy consumption economical efficiency of the high-power hybrid power vehicle is improved.

    一种考虑散热耗能的高功率混合动力车辆能量管理方法,包括:计算动力系统各部件发热量,建立发热模型;以风扇风量、水泵流速为控制变量,通过数据拟合,建立冷却系统散热功率模型;再结合基于纵向动力学方程的驱动模块牵引功率需求,得到整车需求功率,以该需求为基础进行能量管理。该方法引入冷却系统散热耗能进行能量管理,相比传统的基于牵引功率制定的控制策略,增强了控制策略的适应性,提高了高功率混合动力车辆的能耗经济性。
