The invention discloses a ballastless track bottom defect detection device which comprises a frame structure which is formed by splicing or integrally forming a plurality of profiles. The walking assemblies are arranged at the four corners of the bottom of the mounting frame, and the walking assemblies are arranged on a rail; a detection mechanism; the detection mechanism is composed of a driving assembly and a detection piece installed on the driving assembly. The driving assembly is a component moving in the X-axis direction, the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction, the detection piece is installed on the component moving in the Z-axis direction in the driving assembly, and the detection piece is located at the bottom of the installation frame; when the device is used for detection, the device automatically bypasses the sleeper through the plurality of linear servo sliding tables, ingeniously avoids the blocking of the sleeper, and accurately feeds a detection piece into the bottom area of the ballastless track, so that the device greatly improves the detection efficiency and accuracy of the bottom area of the ballastless track, and the detection accuracy of the bottom area of the ballastless track is greatly improved. And the manual intervention and the cost in the detection process are also obviously reduced.

    本发明公开了一种无砟铁轨底部缺陷检测装置,包括框体结构,由多根型材拼接或一体成型构成框型结构;行走组件,置于所述安装框的底部四角位置,该行走组件置于铁轨上;检测机构;该检测机构由驱动组件以及安装在驱动组件上的检测件组成;所述驱动组件为具有沿着X轴、Y轴、Z轴方向运动的部件,所述检测件安装在驱动组件中沿Z轴方向运动的部件上,所述检测件处于所述安装框的底部位置;在通过本发明的装置进行检测中,该装置通过多个直线伺服滑台自动绕过轨枕,巧妙地避开轨枕的阻挡,将检测件精准地送入无砟铁轨的底部区域,该装置不仅极大地提高了无砟铁轨底部区域检测的效率和准确性,还显著降低了检测过程中的人工干预和成本。
