The invention discloses a deck reinforcing structure for reducing stress concentration of a deck orifice and a design method of the deck reinforcing structure. The deck reinforcing structure comprises a deck plate, longitudinal ribs, kidney-shaped circular holes formed in the deck plate, reinforcing short ribs and surrounding edge flat steel welded to the edges of the kidney-shaped circular holes, the distance between every two adjacent longitudinal ribs on the deck plate is s, when the long axes of the kidney-shaped circular holes are parallel to the longitudinal ribs, the length n of the short axes of the kidney-shaped circular holes is smaller than the distance s of the longitudinal ribs, and the reinforcing short ribs are welded to the edges of the kidney-shaped circular holes. When the kidney-shaped holes are located between the two adjacent longitudinal ribs, the kidney-shaped holes are first kidney-shaped holes, the length n of the short axis of each first kidney-shaped hole is equal to s-2a, and a ranges from 20 mm to 30 mm. According to the deck reinforcing structure, materials are saved to the most extent, and meanwhile stress concentration of the orifices can be effectively reduced.
本发明公开一种减小甲板孔口应力集中的甲板加强结构及其设计方法。本甲板加强结构包括甲板板、纵骨、开设于甲板板上的腰圆形孔、加强短筋和焊接于腰圆形孔边缘的围缘扁钢,甲板板上相邻两纵骨之间的距离为s,当腰圆形孔的长轴与纵骨平行设置,腰圆形孔的短轴长度n小于纵骨间距s,且腰圆形孔位于相邻两纵骨之间时,腰圆形孔为第一腰圆形孔,第一腰圆形孔的短轴长度n=s‑2a,其中,a=20mm~30mm。本发明提出的甲板加强结构,最节省材料,同时可以有效地减小孔口的应力集中。
