The invention discloses an aircraft flexible tool system and a control method thereof. The aircraft flexible tool system comprises a framework clamping tool and a plurality of skin clamping tools. The framework clamping tool comprises a rack frame and a plurality of telescopic support legs, a plurality of movable clamping jaw set sliding blocks are arranged on the rack frame, and a plurality of movable clamping jaw assemblies are arranged on each clamping jaw set sliding block. The skin clamping tool comprises a machine base, a plurality of suction cup set sliding blocks are arranged on the machine base, a vertical guide hole is formed in each suction cup set sliding block, and a plurality of movable suction cup assemblies are arranged in the vertical guide holes. The horizontal skin tool can adapt to assembly of skins with different curvatures, small-size or small-curvature elements can be directly achieved through the horizontal skin tool, for large-curvature elements, clamp bodies on the two sides are adjusted to rise, then a vacuum suction cup moves, an adsorption dot matrix can be formed, clamping is achieved, and the suction cup head can also conduct self-adaptive rotation according to the skins with the different curvatures.

    本发明公开了一种飞机柔性工装系统及其控制方法,包括骨架夹持工装和若干蒙皮夹持工装;骨架夹持工装包括机架框和若干伸缩支架腿,机架框上设置有可移动的若干组卡爪组滑动块,每组卡爪组滑动块上设置有可移动的若干卡爪组件;蒙皮夹持工装包括机座,机座上设置有若干组吸盘组滑动块,每组吸盘组滑动块上设置有竖向导孔,竖向导孔内设置有可移动的若干吸盘组件。本发明能适应不同曲度蒙皮的装配,对于小型尺寸或小曲率元件可直接由横卧式蒙皮工装实现,对于大曲率元件调整两侧夹具体升起再由真空吸盘的移动即可形成吸附点阵从而夹持,吸盘头也能根据不同曲率的蒙皮进行自适应转动。
