According to the method, an intelligent indication system is designed, dynamic guidance is provided for passengers in combination with floor areas and personnel distribution, communication linkage of all the systems is constructed, the indication system has real-time interactivity, and a display module is arranged outside a hall to guide the elevator calling passengers to queue up. The elevator running efficiency can be remarkably improved, the elevator taking experience of passengers is optimized, and the method is suitable for elevator systems of various high-rise buildings such as commercial mansions and residential buildings and has wide application prospects and practical value.

    本发明公开了一种电梯乘客交通规划的方法和设备,旨在解决电梯高峰时段乘客拥挤、运行效率低的问题。设备方面,电梯控制计算处理设备涵盖显示、语音等模块及多种接口,可与群控等系统协同,实现人流数据采集、派梯优化、站位规划与显示等功能,并设有自适应轿厢宫格划分及后台管理模块。方法上,通过设计智能指示系统,结合楼层区域和人员分布为乘客提供动态指引,构建各系统通讯联动,使指示系统具实时互动性,且厅外设置显示模块引导召梯乘客排队。本发明能显著提升电梯运行效率,优化乘客乘梯体验,适用于商业大厦、居民住宅等各类高层建筑的电梯系统,具有广泛的应用前景和实用价值。
